1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service, website, or platform operated by PT Insivio Teknologi Kesehatan ("Insivio," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a binding electronic agreement under Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik No. 19 Tahun 2016 (UU ITE) of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Description of Services
Insivio provides the following services, each clearly defined in terms of their intended use and regulatory classification:
2.1 LongeviTwin — Wellness Platform
LongeviTwin is a wellness and health education platform. It provides general health information, longevity insights, and personal health tracking for educational purposes only.
LongeviTwin is not a medical device. It is not classified as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) under IMDRF guidelines, and is not regulated as a medical device by Kemenkes (Indonesia), HSA (Singapore), the FDA (United States), or the EMA (European Union). It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All outputs are for personal educational and informational use only.
2.2 Drug Discovery Platform — Computational Research Tool
The Drug Discovery Platform is a computational research tool for scientific researchers, academics, and emerging biotechnology organisations. It provides AI-assisted virtual screening, ADMET profiling, and related computational analyses.
The Drug Discovery Platform is not a medical device and is not intended for clinical decision-making. All computational predictions, analyses, and outputs require independent experimental validation before any regulatory or clinical application. Use of this platform outputs in regulatory submissions is solely the responsibility of the user.
3. Regulatory Classification — Confirmed Non-SaMD Status
Insivio has assessed both platforms against the IMDRF Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) framework as adopted by:
- Indonesia — Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes), Ditjen Farmalkes, under Permenkes No. 62 Tahun 2017 and applicable amendments
- Singapore — HSA (Health Sciences Authority), SaMD guidance based on IMDRF N10/N12 framework
Both platforms fall outside the definition of SaMD. This classification is contingent on Insivio maintaining its current product positioning — wellness education (LongeviTwin) and research tool (Drug Discovery Platform) — and making no diagnostic or treatment claims.
In Indonesia, medical device and SaMD classification is regulated by the Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) through the Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, under Permenkes No. 62 Tahun 2017. Neither Insivio platform requires registration under that framework.
4. User Accounts
To access certain services, you must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@insivio.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, features, algorithms, trade secrets, and functionality of our services are owned by Insivio or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indonesian, Singaporean, and international intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:
- Indonesia — Undang-Undang Hak Cipta No. 28 Tahun 2014
- Singapore — Copyright Act 2021
- International — Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Insivio content or platform without our express written consent.
6. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to our services. By using our services, you grant Insivio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the services to you. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Make clinical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions without appropriate professional supervision and experimental validation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Insivio or any third party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms or models
- Upload or transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
8. Medical and Research Disclaimer
LongeviTwin: Information and insights provided are for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional for any health or medical concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from LongeviTwin.
Drug Discovery Platform: All computational predictions, screening results, ADMET profiles, and related outputs are for research use only. They require independent experimental validation. Results must not be used for clinical decision-making, regulatory submission, or patient treatment without appropriate laboratory verification and professional review. Insivio accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of unvalidated platform outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Insivio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Indonesia: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen No. 8 Tahun 1999 or other mandatory Indonesian consumer protection law.
Singapore: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) or the Unfair Contract Terms Act (UCTA) of Singapore.
In all jurisdictions, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insivio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Data deletion requests may be submitted per our Privacy Policy.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Applicable Law
