6. Pilot Stage and AI Limitations

Pilot Stage: Insivio is currently in pilot stage. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice as we continue to develop and improve our platform.

AI Limitations: Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate predictions and analyses. AI systems can make errors. All outputs should be reviewed critically and verified through appropriate means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insivio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Insivio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
